Kejadian ini sering dialami tv goldstar, setelah kira-kira 30-60 menit tv yang dalam keadaan nyala akan mati stanby, dan ketika dionkan lagi tv nyala kembali, setelah berapa menit/jam stanby lagi.. kejadian ini akan terus berulang. solusi ganti elco driver horisontal 1uf/160v.. body ELCO yang masih bagus bukan jaminan periksa dengan ESR METER

TEKHNIK PEMASANGAN REGULATOR GACUN

Power Supply Gacun



Kit Power SUpply Gacun adalah Sebuah terobosan yang sangat berguna. Regulator apapun dan bagaimana pun selama trafo converternya masih bagus, Kit ini dapat bekerja dengan baik untuk menggantikan rangkaian regulator aslinya. Dengan membuang habis semua jalur rangkaian regulator asli (tentunya yg sudah rusak dan tidak dapat di repair lagi) bagian primer,dan kita hanya perlu dua titik pasang.Yaitu pin trafo yang terhubung dengan tegangan input ( VCC) biasanya 300v,dan pin yang menuju ke collector Transistor /IC regulator.

Cara pemasangan nya adalah sangat mudah .Regulator gacun hanya mempunyai tiga (3) jalur kabel; Kabel Merah adalah VCC input yang nantinya dipasang pada titik trafo yg menuju collector TR/IC regulator. Kabel hitam adalah ground ( negative) dan Kabel Biru adalah  ke jalur Optocoupler, untuk feedback ( pendeteksi perubahan tegangan output, kabel ini bisa dipasang atau pun boleh dibiarkan saja. 
*) Pada Prakteknya, saya tidakpernah memasang kabel Biru ini.
 
 Jangan di copot capasitor dan resistor yg berada dijalur VCC ke collector ( kapasitor/resistor osilasi trafo biasanya mulai 680pF-2n2F/2KV).

Putar trimpot gacun pada posisi minimum ke kiri habis ( CCW ).hidupkan power supply.dan atur tegangan output regulator sebagaimana mestinya. TV biasanya 115V untuk B+ nya.5V untuk regulator DVD dsb.
Cara Pasangnya berikut ini :

 Cukup mudah bukan? yaaa itung itung klu beli IC mahal..tapi ini hanyalah sebagai option teraklhir saja 








Perbaikan Regulator  Gacun

kerusakan modul switching regulator serbaguna / Gacun biasa disebabkan beban terlalu berat, overheat/panas berlebih, konslet pada bagian sekunder, salah pemasangan dsb.


Pada gambar komponen yang dilingkari adalah komponon  yang sering terjadi dan beruntun. Memang begitu adanya apabila terjadi kerusakan short pada FET (Q1) arus tegangan akan mengalir langsung ke R2 dan R2 akan putus karena kelebihan beban, dengan putusnya R2 mengakibatkan arus tegangan mengalir lagi pada R3, karena R3 mendapat supply tegangan yang besar mengakibatkan r3 dan IC rusak.
 

Berikut Skemanya Ekuivalentnya:



 kesimpulan :
- jika kerusakan FET (Q1) short dan R2 putus kemungkinan besar R3    dan IC rusak dan harus dilakukan penggantian pada Q1, R2, R3 dan IC
- namun jika R2 tidak putus / masih baik komponen yang lain juga baik. dan bisa dilakukan penggantian hanya pada Q1.




Bilamana sudah tidak bisa di perbaiki lagi, mending beli yg baru saja. lagian tidak terlalu mahal khan? daripada waktu anda terbuang percuma. ingat Waktu adalah uang!!....... ck ckck

Catatan + Saran: Jika anda mencoba memperbaiki Blok Gacun ini tetapi Komponen Q1/FEt susah mendapatkan di toko, anda bisa menggunakan FET eks Monitor Komputer yang masih bagus, karena rata-rata monitor komputer menggunkan Blog Switching/PowerSuplay sama seperti cara kerja GACUN ini. problem stanby polytron minimax

BACA : PELUANG BISNIS DAN KERJA SAMBILAN UNTUK ANDA
TV POLYTRON MINIMAX series mempunyai masalah klasik, yaitu kerusakan yang pertama kali terjadi sejak tv baru di operasikan / dibeli. Mulai generasi minimax produsen polytron ( PT.Hartono istana electronic ) membuat rancangan power supply jenis baru dari yg sebelumnya menggunakan TR reg type: D1877/78dengan rangkaian baru menggunakan trafo jenis baru dan transistor power reg. nya berjenis FET yaitu :FS5KM/FS 7UM / FS 10UM. Masalah yg sering terjadi pada regulator jenis ini adalah : kalau boleh saya katakan "cacat produksi " karena pada komponen regulator untuk mensupply tegangan driver horisontalnya menggunakan kapasitas 10uF/63Volt.Padahal kalau kita lihat di mainboard nya, ukuran untuk kapasitor ini cetakan nomor komponen dan jarak kaki kapasitor tersebut seharusnya menggunakan kapasitas yg lebih besar lagi ( contoh pada type MINIMAX MX 1452 MG ) terlihat di kapasitor nomor : C 507 ( 10uF/63V). Akibatnya kadang terjadi drop supply tegangan 50Volt untuk driver horisontal setelah melewati dua buah resistor 470ohm/2watt ke tarfo driver horisontal.menyebabkan kondisi pesawat TV selalu dalam keadaan standby. Inilah kerusakan yg sering terjadi dan pertamakali sebelum kerusakan yg lain.Jika anda mendapatkan kasus seperti ini dimana kadang tv sangat sulit dinyalakan,meskipun pada kondisi tertentu bisa hidup,tapi lebih sulit menyala,maka ikuti tip's saya berikut ini. Ganti kapasitor tersebut ( c507pada seri MX1452MG) atau sangat mudah anda cari untuk type yg lain, yaitu elco yg terdekat dengan dua buah elco besar ( 1000 uF/50v) di depan regulator berkapasitas 10uF/63V, di ganti dengan elco 100uf/63V atau 100uF/100V. Saya jamin tv dapat beroperasi secara normal...tambahan: cek juga resistor 470k pada rangkaian B+adjust,karena sering kali berubah nilai/meninggi nilainya,juga diode IN4002 dekat elco 2200uf/25v yang mensupply tegangan 16v yang kemudian di turunkan menjadi 8v dan 5v,seringkali short juga,pada rangkaian ini juga banyak sekali elco 100uf/16v yang rawan menggembung .
